I Wear* Experiment invites to focus on simple things with "Exhale"

Punchy nordic electro band I Wear* Experiment has released a new track titled "Exhale". This marks the band's first single since their album "Discontent" from 2022.

Compared to previous releases, "Discontent" was a musically liberating experience for band members Hando Jaksi and Johanna Eenma, and the same flow has now taken them to new destinations. Genre-wise, "Exhale" explores the outskirts of drum and bass, but also draws inspiration from the legendary The Prodigy track 'Invaders Must Die'.

As the name might suggest, the theme of the song is inspired by anxiety and how one copes with it.

"Hence the main message, that sometimes, amidst overthinking everything, one simply needs to focus on the basics and simple things like breathing," explains Hando Jaksi.

I Wear* Experiment and "Exhale" will take the stage at Fotografiska Tallinn on Wednesday, May 29th. Tickets here.

"We are obviously thrilled to release new music after such a long pause, but what excites us the most is performing this song live. “It works especially well with loud volume and flashing lights – at least in our minds,” says Jaksi.
