Latvian singer and songwriter Niklāss has released his second single "Lēti un naivi" (eng. - "Cheap and naive"). In the video, Niklāss is getting rid of the old version of himself and moving on from negative emotions and memories.
The musician and the film crew spent several days building the set, looking for props and generating ideas by themselves. Niklāss says:
We have put our heart and soul into this music video and its creating process. It wouldn't be possible without this amazing team and people who believe in our ideas!
Niklāss wish was to create a song to which you as a listener can sing and dance along when you are angry, happy or need to move on, and get rid of all the things that drag you down instead of lifting you up.
About the song Niklāss comments:
Sometimes we find ourselves in situations where a close or distant person intentionally or unintentionally hurts us. Sometimes we feel cheap and naive in different situations. Therefore, the song was created as a promise to myself and an encouragement to others to get rid of this feeling. We are all self-sufficient, great, happy and independent.
Niklāss is a Latvian singer-songwriter who started his music career on March 2022 by releasing his debut single "Seši vēji" (eng.- "Six winds").
