Open Call for Estonian students: music industry internship programme INTRO

Music Estonia is looking for 6 Estonian students to participate in the internship programme INTRO, which is intended for young people interested in working in the music industry. The program is a good opportunity for students to take the first steps in the music sector and to cooperate with exciting music companies. The application deadline is March 17.

INTRO aims to bring additional managers, assistants and other professionals to the Estonian music industry through a two months internship programme which consist of seminars and study visits to different music companies and 2 weeks work shadowing in one the music companies. The internship programme INTRO takes place from April to the end of may and is held in Estonian.

Music companies in the programme:

  • Britimpeerium - management, PR, marketing
    ( An-Marlen, Kitty Florentine, Night Tapes, José Diogo Neves)

  • Faar Music - record company, publishing, management (Stig Rästa, Karl-Erik Taukar and others)

  • Smuuv Records - record company ,management, concert promoter, live agency (Gram-Of-Fun, gameboy tetris and others)

  • Alexela Kontserdimaja - concert venue

  • Fairmus - fair trade streaming platform

  • Greator Productions - management (Curly Strings, INGER, Hans Christian and Karolina Aavik, Eesti Löökpillikvartett)
