Interview: Finnish songwriter ALMA talks deeply personal album and dreams to work with Lady Gaga

ALMA visited Riga, Latvia to participate in the charity marathon "Dod Pieci", which raised funds to help Ukrainian children who have escaped war and are now in Latvia.

"Obviously, I'm against the war. I think it's horrible and it's heartbreaking. If I can do anything in any way, I'm doing it, " shares ALMA about taking part in "Dod Pieci".

After some time of not touring, ALMA shares her excitement about the tour she had recently in 2022 and gives us a glimpse of the next year's big thing - her new album, which will be deeply personal and honest, but hopeful and light.

Usually I'm always writing like what's happening right now, how I'm feeling right now, but the time forced me to look back [..] What happened, what did I do wrong, what did people do to me or what did I do to them. And I think yeah, it's very personal, but light, which is nice. I think I'm feeling kinda okay, I understood with the album that I'm feeling better!"
