Composer Peteris Vasks will make the day brighter.

On 16th April one of Europe`s most notable late 20th century classical music composers – Peteris Vasks – will have an anniversary concert. The concert will take place at Riga Dome Cathedral, beginning at 19:00.

Peteris says, that the concert program will be built as a church service. Anniversary concert will feature prayer “Pater Noster”, praise of God`s beautiful world in a composition “Musica Apassionata”, meditation “Lonely Angel” and others.

We have talked about this a lot, but – “The Prodigy” is here soon!

English electronic music band will perform at Skonto hall on 16th April, concert begins at 20:00.

“The Prodigy” has always created music that is so powerful it makes thousands of people follow them. This is how the band drove this music from small British night clubs to world`s largest stages. No one has ever said words “we want to dance” so loudly and convincing as the audience at “The Prodigy” concert.

It`s Record Store Day at “Bar I Love You” (Riga)!

On 16th April on traditional Record Store Day, there is an entertaining program awaited: there will be a chance to buy one of the 30 Belarus band`s “Super Besse” – “Nasilie 7” copies (yes, there are only 30 these kind of copies in the world!)

There will also be I Love You Records store sale – all CDs starting from 3EUR, all vinyl’s – from 12EUR.

At 22:00 group “Kasetes” will perform. “Kasetes” was founded in 2012. In 2015 the band released their debut album “New Order” (“Jaunā Kārtība”). To a wider audience “Kasetes” is known by their remixes – they gave new sound for “Satellites LV”, “Carnival Youth”, “Astro`n`out”, “Rigas Modes” and other compositions.
