We don’t want to scare anyone, but the Summer 2016 is here for some time now. 

There are a lot of great festivals this summer in Baltics (more than 40). To save you some headache on the big festival planning – have created “Baltic Summer Festival Guide” – ten music festivals for every taste. From electronic music to metal, from family festivals to raves. Full of world known headliners and a lot of epic activities. For all of those, who want to visit neighboring countries this summer – these festivals have a camping site included also. Events are ranked by dates – from the nearest, to the last. Õllesummer Festival (EST)

The legendary summer event for fans of music in Estonia and neighbouring countries – Õllesummer Festival – has been scheduled to take place from 6 July to 9 July 2016 in Tallinn. More than 100 artists are expected to perform on ten different stages at the event, which is held for the 23rd time. Besides enjoying the performance of local superstars and visiting artists, all visitors are welcome to browse the approximately 200 sales stands and entertainment locations.

We cannot be old and wise, if we have not been young and crazy! Festival Playground is a place for miracles and new friendships. This is an adventure for the active and peaceful, fathers and mothers, children, teenagers, brothers, sisters, you and me. It is a place to enjoy and take part in sports activities, listen to and create music, see and create art!

Every summer since 2009, the alternative music festival Devilstone gathers thousands of people in a town called Anykščiai in Lithuania. Among all music festivals in the Baltics, Devilstone is distinguished for its diversity: the festival’s programme offers high-end and trending rock music together with exquisite extreme metal.

Positivus Festival (LAT)

Positivus Festival is the largest and most significant music festival in the Baltic States, taking place in Latvian coastal city of Salacgrīva, with sunny beaches and misty forests to compliment the world class performers. The lineup includes international headliners, underground talent, and plenty of art – all of which combine into one super-chill festival.

Rockfest KLANG! (LAT)

Rock, metal, punk – this is the place. From 22nd – 23rd of July in Ķekava at Klaņģu mountain will be held rock festival “Klang!”. This year, the organizers have a few surprises in the programme – all about good music & good atmosphere.

Weekend Festival Baltic (EST)

The biggest weekend party in Baltic region. – Super festival Weekend Festival Baltic this year offers a rich festival program on different stages with many other attractions on the festival area, and also camping site, that is characteristic to any outdoor event. Four stages will be installed on the beautiful beach of Pärnu, where about 90 artists will perform during three days.

Weekend Festival Baltic 2015 aftermovie:

Laba Daba (LAT)

International music festival that takes place eight years already. Groups and Djs from different countries playing reggae, etno-folk, rock, electro and other genres will perform on six stages. Festival also takes care about children– kindergarten with professional nannies is open at the festival area. Young families with children have individual camp site where the silence is closely observed. It is a festival for all ages.

Granatos Live 2016 (LIT)

Music festival “Granatos Live” is a 3-day long party filled with music, activities and happiness that happens every year since 2013. It is dedicated for those, who see a quality of music, an impressive nature and an idyllic environment as required features of a music festival.

Granatos Live 2015 aftermovie:

Karklė Live Music Beach is the only festival in Lithuania that takes place on the sea shore and is one of the most anticipated summer music events in the Baltics; it is listed along with the best European Festivals on the European festival map, and it deserves this.
